All of our dental crucible are made with fused silica ,which is quartz sand fused at 2200 degee with an high purity .
Fused silica has many useful physical characteristics wihich justify its use in the manufature of dental crucibles:
1. Very low thermal expension ,which confers to our crucibles a very good thermal shock resistance.
2. Low sensibility to metallic oxides ,which assure a long term resistance against corrosion by dental alloys.
All of our crucibles for induction casting machines are maded in fused silica.
Now our dental crucible product mainly have :
